At Kenorra, we provide digital products in the form of stories and written content. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally considered final.

Refund Policy

Refunds may be granted in certain cases, such as:

• If the product was not delivered after successful payment
• If there is a technical issue preventing access to the product

All approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Return Policy

As our products are digital, returns are not applicable once the product has been purchased and access has been granted.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be canceled before the product has been purchased and access has been granted. Once access has been granted, cancellation is not possible.
